Will Pedley Racing – Focus ST170 ITB conversion

Just realised i’d not put the picture of the rocker cover up – had it shot blasted and powder coated in gunmetal just to put a little twist on things 😉


Well, new bearings arrived just after lunch today – so cracked on with the build:

Main bearings laid:

Crank laid:

Main caps torqued:

Rings gapped and pistons installed, ARP rod bolts torqued:

Top view:

Billet geared oil pump and rear oil seal fitted:

Mid section and oil pickup on:

Sump on:

Dowels and head gasket on:

Head on and head bolts torqued:

Piper 285 cams fitted:
