If you’re a student at the University of Warwick and happen to be looking for accommodation for the September 2014 academic year, you’re in the right place. JS Trading have a portfolio of high quality student houses and flats in North, Central and South Leamington Spa.
All of the properties offered by JS Trading are registered with Warwick District Council and licenced in accordance with HIMO (House In Multiple Occupation) requirements. Tenancy agreements have previously been vetted by the University of Warwick Students’ Union Welfare Officer & are signed in-house. Deposits are protected by my|deposits, a government authorised deposit protection scheme.
