After a year and a half of my driving the Yoko’s needed replacing. Rather than opt for a new set of tyres, I tried to source a set of gti-6 alloys, thinking they would finish the car off nicely. This didn’t take too long, and the new wheels were treated to some Toyo TS1 rubber.
When I left university and came to sell the car I was reluctant at first, assuming it would end in the hands of some chav and ultimately wrapped around a tree. Thankfully Will Pedley from the Ford Focus Owners Club showed an interest in the car and when he came to take a look around it was obvious he was an absolute petrolhead.
I was a little concerned Will would would find some horrendous fault but the only issue of concern was a the radiator. Some minor haggling later and Will was off in the 306 and his own series of improvements and modifications started soon after.
I’ve kept in touch with Will and am pleased to say he has started his own business, Will Pedley Racing. I’m trying to help Will with the search engine performance and monetisation of WillPedleyRacing.com so expect a post on this soon.
