In a nutshell, what you’re looking at here is my friend Sam’s attempt at recording Call of Duty gameplay. To do this, you will need something called a capture card. If recording videos & uploading to YouTube is something you’re interested in, then I suggest you check out this comparison on Gaming-Headsets.co.uk.

For what it’s worth, I now have my own capture card – the AVerMedia Game Capture HD. It’s the only one I know of that allows you to record gameplay without the need for a PC, which is perfect as my computer is in a different room to my PS3. For a full review of the AVerMedia, check out this post.
